Overview
--------

Dell PowerEdge Fan Controller v1.0 is the original release designed for
Dell PowerEdge servers running TrueNAS CORE.

This release provides simple dynamic fan control using local IPMI while
allowing Dell's built-in thermal protection to take over during emergency
conditions.
